The hotel had a great location, right near the main square and the charming Barrio Antigua. We didn't need a reservation and the price was very reasonable. Our room had a lovely view of a cute park, and we even got to enjoy some handmade leather chairs outside our room. the bellhop was friendly and spoke some English, which was helpful. Plus, there was a computer in the lobby that guests could use for free, so we could easily check our email.

The hotel staff weren't very friendly and the hotel itself felt a bit outdated. We had to repeatedly ask for warm water in the shower, and we suspect they were trying to save on costs by turning off the warm water boiler.
